1.1 Nantes Private Chauffeurs allows individuals and professionals to benefit from a service adapted to their needs in the context of their travels, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, in a maximum 9-seater vehicle, driver included.

Article 2: Booking a race
2.1 Reservation

Whatever the type of reservation, the customer must provide the following mandatory information: Customer information: surname and first name, telephone number, e-mail and address of residence. Details of the race: Date, place of departure and arrival, number of people, luggage or not, luggage with exceptional dimensions or very large volumes, the need for a child / baby seat.

Reservations are made by phone or email. This reservation must take place at least 1 hour before the desired time of the start of the transport service, subject to vehicle availability. The telephone reservation is considered as an order.

2.2 Price - Payment terms
2.2.1 Price determination

All the routes reserved by our customers are calculated by the "Mappy" mapping system ( www.mappy.fr - "fastest route" option taking into account traffic conditions where applicable) and / or Viamichelin which are our references and determine the final price.

Itinerary changes and detours resulting from events beyond the control of the customer (including work, bad weather, deviations, traffic jams, accidents) will not be charged. 2.2.2 Means of payment
The services reserved by the customer must be paid online when validating the reservation (credit card or paypal) or directly with the driver after the race. The payment methods accepted on board are as follows:

2.3 Cancellation conditions
In the event of cancellation by the customer who has already made the payment, the following costs will be charged:
Less than 24 hours before the start of the service: the total amount of the service will be invoiced.

2.4 Modifications
Last minute changes will only be taken into account depending on the possibilities and may give rise to supplements or cancellation fees.

Article 3: Obligations of the parties
Nantes Private Chauffeurs undertakes to do everything in its power to get the traveler to their destination in the best possible conditions of comfort and safety and on time.

Nantes Private Chauffeurs' liability covers direct bodily injury caused to travelers, from getting in the vehicle to getting off, these two actions excluded. Nantes Private Chauffeurs cannot be held responsible if the damage is caused by the act of the traveler, by the act of a third party, or by the nature of the baggage and / or its packaging.

Nantes Private Chauffeurs is a subscriber of Professional Civil Liability insurance for passenger transport for a fee.

Delays in transport times due to traffic difficulties (traffic jams, blocked roads, accidents, deviations, weather conditions, various events, etc.) do not give entitlement to any compensation or reimbursement. Nantes Private Chauffeurs can in no way be held responsible for any delay initially incumbent on the traveler. Nantes Private Chauffeurs is in no way responsible for objects and / or luggage left in the vehicle. Each traveler must check before leaving our vehicles if he has all his luggage.

Nantes Private Chauffeurs cannot commit to more than twenty minutes of waiting without a prior notification call. After a waiting period of twenty minutes and without prior notification, the driver will be entitled to consider that the reservation has been canceled. The service ordered will be invoiced in full.

Article 4: Miscellaneous provisions

As part of health measures and in accordance with the rules in force, we can no longer accept passengers in the front of vehicles. Gel and masks are available free of charge.

All passengers must wear their individual seat belts.

Nantes Private Chauffeurs provides baby seats and booster seats free of charge, up to a limit of 2 per vehicle.

Nantes Private Chauffeurs does not apply any increase for luggage. In the event of too much or too much baggage, please indicate this when booking.

In the event of damage to the vehicle, for example when the doors are accidentally opened, the damage caused will be the responsibility of the Customer.

If the driver notices that the Customer is committing an offense, for example, the use of narcotics, his strict instructions are to immediately stop the service in progress. This judgment will in no case give the right to reimbursement of the service.

Nantes Private Chauffeurs reserves the right to interrupt the service in progress if the behavior of Customers endangers the safety and dignity of the driver and / or the image of the company.

Eating in vehicles is prohibited.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to smoke, to transport flammable, explosive, corrosive or toxic substances, and more generally any dangerous goods. It is the passenger's responsibility to check that their luggage does not contain such substances. In the event of damage caused by the luggage or the behavior of the passenger, Nantes Private Chauffeurs cannot be held liable under any circumstances.

The contents of luggage placed in the trunk of the vehicle, in particular fragile or delicate objects, remain the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Nantes Private Chauffeurs cannot be held responsible and cannot guarantee the return of personal effects and luggage left or forgotten on board the vehicle, nor of the condition in which they could be found.
